A: Honestly — no replica is 100% flawless. If perfection is your only standard, we suggest going for the genuine watch.

But high-end reps (like VSF, Clean, C) are incredibly close — about 90–95% accuracy compared to gen. For example, a gen AP 15400 rose gold costs ~$22,000, while a top-tier rep is ~$400. That 5–10% imperfection is the tradeoff — but for many, it’s well worth it.

Q: Do you sell solid gold replicas?

A: No. Replica watches may be gold-plated (usually 10–30 microns thick), but there’s no such thing as solid gold reps on the market. If you want real gold — go genuine.

Q: Are Swiss / Japanese / Italian-made replicas better than Chinese ones?

A: That’s mostly marketing fluff. Nearly all replica watches are made in China, regardless of what a site claims. Swiss/Italian/Japan claims are often used to charge more — or worse, to scam. Always do your research.

Q: Do your watches have real Swiss ETA movements?

A: Rarely. Most rep movements are Asian clones of Swiss ETA — and they’re honestly pretty good.

Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?

A: We typically need 2–3 working days to:

  • Source your watch from factory
  • Perform detailed QC inspection
  • Get your final approval Then we ship via safe, trackable channels (usually 7–14 days delivery).

Q: Will I get QC pictures before shipping?

A: Yes. We’ll send you real, high-quality photos/videos of your actual watch. You can approve, reject, or request a new one.

Q: Can I reject the QC pictures if something looks off?

A: Of course. If you spot anything you’re unhappy with, we can source another piece or cancel the order — no pressure.

Q: I’m worried about customs. Can you handle it?

A: Definitely. We’ve shipped worldwide for years and use stealth packaging + experienced agents. If your country is tricky, let us know — we’ll guide you.

Q: What value do you declare on packages?

A: Usually $15–$50, declared as “watch”, “gift”, or “timer”. If you have experience and want a specific value, tell us. If not, trust us to declare smartly.

Q: Do I get a tracking number?

A: Yes. But tracking may take 1–2 business days to update, especially if shipped on weekends or via regular post.

Q: My tracking is stuck / customs status looks weird. Should I panic?

A: No. Please don’t call DHL or EMS directly. Contact us. We’ll handle it. Some methods are slower but safer.

WARRANTY & AFTER-SALES

Q: My watch arrived, but the movement isn’t working. Why?

A: All watches are tested and filmed before shipment. Likely causes:

  • Low power reserve from shipping – try winding it manually

Q: What’s the solution if the watch is DOA (dead on arrival)?

A: You have two options:

  1. Local repair – You fix it nearby, we reimburse (within reason)
  2. Return to us – We inspect, repair or replace, and ship it back (return shipping at your cost)

Q: Can I exchange for a different model?

A: No. Once confirmed and shipped, watches are not exchangeable. If it’s defective, we’ll repair or replace the same model only.

Q: What’s your warranty coverage?

A: All watches come with 6-month movement warranty for functional issues (not accidental damage or misuse).
